Autumnwood consults to small and medium sized entities specializing in "grass roots" programs to raise growth capital. Additionally, the firm consults in a broad range of issues relative to corporate finance, real estate, asset protection and tax reduction. Assignments range from five hundred thousand to two hundred and fifty million dollars.
